ID:214011 The PowerPlay Early Power Estimation file lists some resources as having zero clock rate. These are either resources that are not in any clock domain or resources for which the domain clock rate could not be inferred.

CAUSE: The PowerPlay Early Power Estimation file generator listed a zero clock rate for one or more resources. These were either resources that were not in any clock domain or resources for which the domain clock rate could not be inferred. The following messages list the numbers of resources of each type.

ACTION: Manually assign fMAX clock rates to these resources after importing the PowerPlay Early Power Estimation file into the PowerPlay Early Power Estimator spreadsheet.
