ID:214010 The PowerPlay Early Power Estimation file lists some resources as having zero clock rate. These are resources that are not in any clock domain.

CAUSE: The PowerPlay Early Power Estimation file generator listed a zero clock rate for one or more resources that were not in any clock domain. The following messages list the numbers of resources of each type.

ACTION: Manually assign fMAX clock rates to these resources after importing the PowerPlay Early Power Estimation file into the PowerPlay Early Power Estimator spreadsheet.
