ID:214005 Excluded <number of excluded logic element(s) in this module> logic element(s) named <excluded logic element names in this module>

CAUSE: The PowerPlay Early Power Estimation file generator lists the names of the excluded logic element(s) in this hierarchy. All of these excluded logic element(s) do not belong to any clock domain that the Quartus Prime software encountered. As a result, they will not be accounted for in the logic element power calculation.

ACTION: The user can, based on the hierarchy level, enter the number of these excluded logic element(s) into the PowerPlay Early Power Estimation spreadsheet manually to estimate the power consumption of these logic element(s).
