CAUSE: The PowerPlay Early Power Estimation file generator lists the names of the excluded I/O pins in this hierarchy. All of these excluded logic element(s) do not belong to any clock domain that the Quartus Prime software encountered. As a result, they will not be accounted for in the logic element power calculation.
ACTION: The user can, based on the I/O names, enter the number of these excluded I/O pins into the PowerPlay Early Power Estimation spreadsheet manually to estimate the power consumption of these logic element(s).
