ID:214004 Excluded <excluded logic element(s) count> LEs out of <total logic element(s) count> total logic elements from the Logic Element section of the PowerPlay Early Power Estimation file

CAUSE: The PowerPlay Early Power Estimation file generator is reporting the total number of logic element(s) that the Quartus Prime software will exclude from the PowerPlay Early Power Estimation file. All of these excluded logic element(s) do not belong to any clock domain that the Quartus Prime software encountered. Therefore, the Quartus Prime software is unable to determine the operating frequency for these logic elements. As a result, they will not be accounted for in the logic element power calculation.

ACTION: Enter these logic element counts into the PowerPlay Early Power Estimation spreadsheet manually to estimate the power consumption of these logic element(s).
