CAUSE: The PowerPlay Early Power Estimation file generator is reporting the total number of I/O pins that the Quartus Prime software will exclude in the PowerPlay Early Power Estimation file. All of these excluded logic element(s) do not belong to any clock domain that the Quartus Prime software encountered. Therefore, the Quartus Prime software is unable to determine the operating frequency for these I/O pins. As a result, they will not be accounted for in the I/O pins power calculation.
ACTION: Enter these I/O pins into the PowerPlay Early Power Estimation spreadsheet manually to estimate the power consumption of these I/O pins.
