CAUSE: The Quartus Prime software is auto-generating the specified hard_block partition to combine the hard blocks into the hard_block partition. Combining all hard blocks into the hard_block partition allows the Quartus Prime software to merge and optimize hard blocks within a single partition.
ACTION: No action is required.
