CAUSE: The Compilation Report for the design that uses the specified device contains only preliminary information because the specified device was not yet available when the current version of the Quartus Prime software was released. The Quartus Prime software will not generate a handoff netlist for the design.
ACTION: No action is required. If you wish to use this device, contact Altera for information on its availability.
