CAUSE: You added an assignment to the Quartus Prime Settings File (.qsf), but the Quartus Prime software does not recognize the specified assignment because it is not an integer in the specified range.
ACTION: If you want the Quartus Prime software to process the assignment, change the value to an integer in the specified range.
