ID:12497 Failed to read from PCIe configuration register at offset (<number>). Driver error code(<number>) with message "<text>"

CAUSE: Tool tried to read from the PCIe configuration register in the device. However, the driver failed to read successfully.

ACTION: Contact Altera support center with this message.
