ID:12472 Failed to initialize PCIe Driver for WDC library. Driver error code(<number>) with message "<text>"

CAUSE: You tried to start a PCIe communication with an Altera device. However, the driver failed to initialize.

ACTION: You must install the PCIe driver. During the installation, check for error.
