CAUSE: You attempted to run a functional simulation for the specified top-level entity. However, you must first generate a functional simulation netlist by choosing Generate Functional Simulation Netlist (Processing menu) or the (quartus_map <design entity name> -- generate_functional_sim_netlist) command-line executable before performing a functional simulation (quartus_sim).
ACTION: Generate a functional simulation netlist before running a functional simulation.
