CAUSE: You used a Tcl command to enter the specified illegal memory data value for the specified node. Memory data must be within the range of the memory block's memory depth and must not be X or U if used as a value for RAM.
ACTION: Specify memory data that is within the range of its memory depth and do not specify X or U as a value for RAM.
