CAUSE: You did not specify a value for the specified ClockLock PLL's INPUT_FREQUENCY parameter. An INPUT_FREQUENCY parameter value must be specified. This error usually occurs when you instantiate a megafunction directly in a text file rather than using the MegaWizard Plug-In Manager .
ACTION: Locate the source of the message to locate the megafunction parameter that is causing the error, and specify a legal parameter value. To avoid receiving this message in the future, Altera recommends using the MegaWizard Plug-In Manager to specify legal parameter values for megafunctions.
