CAUSE: You did not specify a value for the specified ClockLock PLL's CLOCKBOOST parameter. A CLOCKBOOST parameter value must be specified.
ACTION: Locate the source of the message to locate the primitive that is causing the error, and then specify the CLOCKBOOST parameter with a legal parameter value.
