ID:12047 SignalTap II or debug node instance "<name>" port "<name>" already driven by signal "<name>", cannot be driven by "<name>"

CAUSE: You attempted to drive the specified signal to the specified port in the specified SignalTap II or debug node instance, but the port is already driven by the specified signal. As a result, the Quartus Prime software is ignoring your assignment.

ACTION: No action is required.
