ID:12005 Actual width (<number>) of port "<name>" on instance "<name>" is not compatible with the formal port width (<number>) declared by the instantiated entity

CAUSE: Actual width of the specific entity is different from the formal width declared on the entity.

ACTION: Change the port range so that both the actual width on the instantiation and the formal width on the entity are the same.
