ID:12074 File <name> is not a recognized design file type

CAUSE: You performed one of the following actions: However, the Quartus Prime software cannot continue the process because the specified file that is required for the process is not a recognized file type.

ACTION: Make sure that the file has the correct file extension and restart the process.
