ID:12143 JTAG primitive "<name>" is already used in the design. Other entities that interface with JTAG via debug hub, which are specified through either assignments or design, are not allowed

CAUSE: The design project contains entities that interface with JTAG via a debug hub and a JTAG primitive. An additional JTAG primitive will be created in the debug hub. However, only one JTAG primitive is allowed per device. Examples of these entities that interface with JTAG via a debug hub are Nios II JTAG UART or OCI Debug in the design, OpenCore Plus evaluation of Megafunction, and SignalTap II specified in assignments. The JTAG primitive can be created in a VQM design that contains those entities.

ACTION: Remove the entities that interface with JTAG via the debug hub. Alternatively, if the JTAG primitive is part of the VQM design, remove the entities that interface with JTAG via the debug hub from the design in which the VQM file is generated. Then, regenerate the VQM file without a JTAG primitive.
