CAUSE: You changed the target device family for a design, and compiled the design. The design instantiated the specified DSP output block for the old target device family. While remapping the DSP from the old target device family to the new target device family, the Quartus Prime software cannot remap the DSP output block to the new target device family.
ACTION: Change the PLL for the old target device family so it does not contain the port that the Quartus Prime software cannot remap to the new target device family.
