CAUSE: The specified design entity contains illegal names. The submessage(s) of this message list the illegal names in the design entity.
ACTION: Avoid using '*', ':' and '|' in your naming scheme. These characters have special meaning in the Quartus Prime software. Make sure you use only legal name characters in the entity name, such as alphanumeric characters.
