CAUSE: You made the Maximum Number of M-RAM/M144K Memory Blocks assignment on something other than a partition root name, but this is illegal. The assignment Maximum Number of M-RAM/M144K Memory Blocks can be set as a global project-wide assignment or on a partition root for an incremental compilation.
