CAUSE: You made the Maximum Number of M512 Memory Blocks assignment on an instance that is not a partition root, but this is illegal. The assignment Maximum Number of M512 Memory Blocks can be set as a global project-wide assignment or on a partition root for an incremental compilation. For non-incremental compilation, it can be set only as a project-wide option. It cannot be made on any arbitrary instance name.
ACTION: Remove the erroneous assignment or move it to a partition root and compile the design again.
