CAUSE: You attempted to compile or perform analysis and synthesis on a design, but Analysis & Synthesis cannot synthesize the design because the design does not contain any logic.
ACTION: Make sure you are using the correct files for the design. If the design contains logic, make sure the logic does not contain any errors.
