CAUSE: You either set a phase shift in the altdqs megafunction or assigned a DQS Phase Shift logic option setting to the specified DQS I/O pin, but you specified a setting other than 72 or 90 degrees. The only settings allowed are 72 or 90 degrees.
ACTION: If you used the altdqs megafunction, change the phase shift setting in the megafunction. Otherwise, change the DQS Phase Shift setting on the pin.
