CAUSE: You either set a frequency in the altdqs megafunction or assigned the specified DQS Frequency logic option setting to the specified DQS I/O pin, but the setting is not a legal setting.
ACTION: If you used the altdqs megafunction, change the frequency setting in the megafunction. Otherwise, change the DQS Frequency logic option setting on the pin.
