CAUSE: The design contains the specified CLKLOCK primitives that has a ClockBoost parameter set to a value other than 1 or 2. However, the ClockBoost parameter can have only a value of 1 or 2.
ACTION: Change the ClockBoost parameter to a legal value of 1 or 2.
