ID:12167 LVDS receiver "<name>" must be fed by top-level input pin. The LVDS receiver is currently fed by "<name>", which is not a top-level input pin

CAUSE: You attempted to connect the LVDS receiver to something other than the top-level input pin. However, the LVDS receiver can be fed only by a top-level input pin.

ACTION: Change the design to connect the LVDS receiver to a top-level input pin.
