CAUSE: You made a change to the SignalTap II File that requires recompilation, and then attempted to run the SignalTap II Logic Analyzer, but you did not recompile the design. As a result, the Quartus Prime software cannot capture data on the current design.
ACTION: If you want to apply the current analyzer settings to the design, recompile the design and then run the SignalTap II Logic Analyzer. Otherwise, restore the analyzer settings to be compatible with the last compilation result.
