CAUSE: You tried to run the SignalTap II Logic Analyzer, but the circuit board and communications cable that you selected are already occupied. As a result, the SignalTap II Logic Analyzer cannot acquire data.
ACTION: Allow the other activity to complete, or stop it, and re-attempt to run the SignalTap II Logic Analyzer.
