CAUSE: You manually edited the specified SignalTap II File (.stp), but the file is invalid. As a result, the Quartus Prime software encountered the specified error.
ACTION: Correct the specified error in the STP File. To avoid receiving this message in the future, Altera recommends using the Quartus Prime software dialog boxes and wizards to modify settings, rather than editing files manually.
