CAUSE: The specified operator has numerical operands, but the specified operator cannot have numerical operands. As a result, the Quartus Prime software cannot complete the operation.
ACTION: If you manually edited the SignalTap II File (.stp), restore the STP File to its original state or create a new STP File. If the STP File was generated using an Altera product, contact Altera support. If you used an EDA tool to generate the STP File, contact the EDA tool vendor.
