CAUSE: The two revisions contain the same oterm that is mapped to different atoms. The revision comparison cannot successfully compare two netlists if they have the same oterm attached to different atoms.
ACTION: Verify that both revisions use the same source code. Also verify that the source code does not contain device-specific features that are not implemented for one of the two revisions. Then, recompile your design.
