CAUSE: You ran the TimeQuest Timing Analyzer (quartus_sta) with the specified options. However, you cannot run the TimeQuest Timing Analyzer (quartus_sta) using both of the specified options.
ACTION: Run the TimeQuest Timing Analyzer (quartus_sta) and specify only one of the options.
