ID:16075 Cannot load <snapshot> database for partition "<partition>" - ensure the partition has been compiled through all earlier stages and is version compatible.

CAUSE: The requested snapshot for the partition could not be found in the database or is not version compatible.

ACTION: Either re-run earlier stages of the compiler flow to generate the required snapshot, or specify an existing partition or snapshot.
