CAUSE: You ran the Fitter with the --incremental_signaltap option and other Fitter options. However, you cannot use any other Fitter options while using the --incremental_signaltap option.
ACTION: Do not specify other Fitter options when running the Fitter with the --incremental_signaltap option.
