ID:11749 Can't incrementally compile design -- device changed between full compilation and incremental compilation from <name> to <name>

CAUSE: You performed a full compilation using the specified device. You then changed the device to the second specified device and tried to perform an incremental compilation. However, the Quartus Prime software can perform incremental compilation only with the same device you used when performing full compilation.

ACTION: Make sure the device specified for incremental compilation is the same device specified when performing full compilation.
