ID:162005 Reference netlist database format (project: "<name>", revision: "<name>") is incompatible with the current version of Quartus Prime software -- Analysis and Synthesis (quartus_map) must run first

CAUSE: The database was created with an earlier version of the Quartus Prime software. As a result, the database format is incompatible with the current version of the Quartus Prime software.

ACTION: Regenerate the database by running Analysis & Synthesis successfully.
