CAUSE: You attempted to run quartus_drc with the specified value for the --report_top_fanout option. However, the value is not a positive integer. The value, which indicates the number of nodes with the highest fan-out you want quartus_drc to report, must be a valid positive integer.
ACTION: Specify a valid positive integer for the quartus_drc --report_top_fanout option.
