CAUSE: You have chosen to generate Tcl scripts with virtual pin delay assignments, but have not specified a valid value for the delay.
ACTION: Enter a virtual pin delay, to be used as the maximum delay to or from any created virtual pins, or disable virtual pin timing assignments. The delay is an integer and represents a value in nanoseconds.
