CAUSE: You attempted to import version-compatible database files from the Quartus Prime software version 4.0 or earlier. However, because you exported the design database using the Quartus Prime software 4.0 or earlier version, the version-compatible database files cannot be imported to the current version of the Quartus Prime software.
ACTION: Import version-compatible database files that were created from the Quartus Prime software version 4.1 or later.
