CAUSE: The expected keyword was not found in the Signal Activity File (.saf). This may be a result of hand editing the Signal Activity File.
ACTION: To avoid receiving this message in the future, Altera recommends that you use only the Simulator or the PowerPlay Power Analyzer to edit the Signal Activity File. Use quartus_sim or quartus_pow to regenerate the Signal Activity File. The Signal Activity File may also be edited so that the expected keyword is found.
