CAUSE: You tried to run quartus_pow to produce a power estimate. The timing data needed to do power estimation is not available. Run quartus_sta to generate the timing information.
ACTION: After importing post-fit databases, run quartus_sta before running quartus_pow. Or, if you do not want a power estimate, specify the command line option --estimate_power=off.
