CAUSE: You tried to run quartus_pow to produce a power estimate. The power model for the target family requires information produced by the Assembler. Therefore, you must run quartus_asm successfully before running the Power Analyzer.
ACTION: Run quartus_asm before running quartus_pow. If you do not need a power estimate, specify command line option --estimate_power=off.
