CAUSE: Your design contains Spectra-Q region assignments, which can only be used with projects in Quartus Prime Pro Edition.
ACTION: Remove all Spectra-Q region assignments in your QSF file. For example, remove the \"PLACE_REGION\" instance assignments. Use LogicLock Regions to specify region constraints.
