CAUSE: You performed an action that requires the Quartus Prime software save the incremental compilation assignments. An error occurred while the Quartus Prime software was trying to write to the Quartus Prime Settings File (.qsf) for the project.
ACTION: Make sure the Quartus Prime Settings File for your project is present, is not being used by another process, and is not set to read-only. Also, make sure you have write access to the file.
