CAUSE: You attempted to define a partition on a Quartus Prime megafunction, which is not allowed.
ACTION: Remove the partition setting, then retry compilation. If your megafunction instantiation is found in a wrapper hierarchy provided by the MegaWizard Plug-In Manager , set the wrapper hierarchy as the partition instead.
