ID:138079 Current license file does not support partial reconfiguration. The Quartus Prime software automatically disabled partial reconfiguration support on all partitions.

CAUSE: The current license file does not support partial reconfiguration, but the Quartus Prime Settings File (.qsf) for the design contains one or more partial reconfiguration assignments.

ACTION: No action is required.
