CAUSE: The Quartus Prime software stores compilation results for each incremental design partition in the specified directory. However, the Quartus Prime software is unable to create the specified directory.
ACTION: Check the project directory for an existing file with the specified name. Also, you must ensure that you have sufficient permissions to create the directory.
