CAUSE: You specified a SignalTap II File (.stp) in the compilation setting and attempted to compile the design. However, the file does not exist, or is not a valid SignalTap II File. As a result, the Quartus Prime software ignored the SignalTap II File.
ACTION: Specify a valid STP File and compile the design again.
